I'll be participating in the Women's March On Washington. It's taking In the spirit of democracy and honoring the champions of human rights, dignity, and justice who have come before us. We join in diversity to show women's presence in numbers too great to ignore. The Women’s March on Washington will send a bold message to our new administration on their first day in office, and to the world that women's rights are human rights. The message is among other things - We will not accept infringement of our rights, allow our sisters and daughters to be judged by their size, looks, class, race or social status, sexual harrassement in the workplace or home and expect equal pay for equal work.
Please join us on January 21, 2017, and/or donate to help fund this powerful gathering in Washington, DC. Please note, this is not to fund me personally but the gathering. Funds will go toward expenses to hold the event and offer transportation expenses assistance to many women wanting to attend but are not able to afford it.
On January 21, 2017 we will unite for the Women’s March on Washington
