WorldTeach partners with governments and other organizations in developing countries to provide volunteer teachers to meet local needs and promote responsible global citizenship. WHY?
According to UNESCO, the supply of teachers is failing to keep pace with the demand for primary education. They estimate, that in total, 6.8 million teachers will be needed to ensure every child's right to basic education.

And many college graduates in the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia want to make a difference in global educational outcomes. That's where we come in.
