Warrior Princess Mud Run 2017
EVENT DATE: Aug 19, 2017
DEADLINE TO GIVE: Aug 25, 2017
Harbor House Domestic Abuse Programs is serious about ending domestic abuse. And we are just as serious about celebrating the bravery so many survivors have shown overcoming the many obstacles on their journey! The Warrior Princess Mud Run (WPMR) is our largest fundraiser of the year and our dedicated, enthusiastic participants have raised over $488,000 in support of our efforts to end domestic abuse!Last year nearly $14,000 was raised through participant fundraising efforts. This year our goal is to raise $15,000!
The WPMR is a non-competitive 5K adventure run and obstacle course designed for women and men of all fitness levels. This isn’t a timed event, so there’s no pressure to beat a certain time, only the incentive to complete the course to become a true “Warrior Princess,” joining the movement to end domestic violence.
Unlike other popular mud run events, ALL proceeds from this event go to support Harbor House Domestic Abuse Programs and our work to end domestic violence in our community.
