THIS YEAR, ALL OF OUR PROCEEDS WILL GO DIRECTLY TO UNICEF'S EMERGENCY RESPONSE EFFORTS IN THE PHILIPPINES. Over 5 million children are affected by the typhoon — please help UNICEF meet the urgent needs of these children. See this link for more information about the problems these children are facing and what UNICEF is doing to help: http://www.unicef.org/appeals/philippines.html.
Every year, Yale UNICEF holds a month-long, fundraising campaign as part of Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF, a nationwide fundraiser to help children all over the world. The current global climate means that generosity of donation is more of a necessity than it ever has been. So donate donate donate and help us reach our fundraising goal as we attempt to help children facing a plethora of issues all over the world.
Yale UNICEF is a student-run chapter of the international branch of the United Nations that aims to raise awareness about children’s issues– including poverty, development, safety, rights, health, education, and inclusion in their communities; additionally, Yale UNICEF strives to contribute to efforts made on behalf of children both locally and internationally.
