If we all give a little, it could help a lot.
Our friend Al Yarrington recently suffered a second stroke this past week. Al's first stroke was in 2011. It left him permanently disabled and able to work only on a limited, part-time basis. This recent stroke brought new concerns about his ability to work, as chronic neurofatigue is a constant issue. Al currently is unemployed. As we hope and pray for his situation to improve, there are some practical family needs that we can help with. Money raised will be used towards things that will improve the family's quality of life: a scooter to aid Al's mobility and make it easier to join activities with his family, a much needed new bed that Al can get in and out of easier, and money to set aside for consistent medical bills and an emergency savings account. In addition, the Yarringtons will have to replace both vehicles and several appliances within the next year as all have been failing and are in various states of disrepair.
Al and Jen and their four children, ages 11-16, are extremely grateful for the help and encouragement of all their friends. They would also appreciate your prayers.
