We are fundraising for the upcoming Yesplus workshop at the University of Florida.

Yesplus is a fun-filled four day workshop that helps students stretch and grow beyond limiting beliefs. With the help of yoga and powerful breathing techniques, it teaches them essential life-skills for personal and professional success. By the end of the course, students are better equipped to handle stress and negative emotions, learn techniques to increase focus and productivity, are more vibrant and joyful, learn how to strengthen relationships and take responsibility for their community and are empowered to create a life that's on purpose.

This workshop is being organized by the YES!+ Gators student organization at UF in collaboration with the Art of Living Foundation which is a non-profit charitable and humanitarian organization (Art of Living will provide certified instructors for the course). The course fee is $250 and bulk of the proceeds go to fund Art of Living's various humanitarian projects and a small part goes to the club for course-related expenses. This is only the second time this workshop is being held at UF and we are very eager to help out students who are sincere about participating in this wonderful life-enhancing course but have financial constraints. We are a very new club at the university and have limited funds which makes it difficult for us to help the potential participants. But we are determined to help them and we trust in your goodwill and magnanimity to help us out in this beautiful cause :)

You can check our website which also contains the course registration link.
