THE STORY:

Yesplus is a fun-filled four day workshop that helps students stretch and grow beyond limiting beliefs. With the help of yoga and powerful breathing techniques, it teaches them essential life-skills for personal and professional success. By the end of the course, students are better equipped to handle stress and negative emotions, learn techniques to increase focus and productivity, are more vibrant and joyful, learn how to strengthen relationships and take responsibility for their community and are empowered to create a life that's on purpose. This workshop is being organized by the YES Plus Club at Carnegie Mellon University student organization in collaboration with IAHV (International Association of Human Values) which is a non-profit charitable and humanitarian organization (IAHV will provide certified instructors for the course). This course is scheduled from Oct 1st to Oct 5th 2015 in CMU campus. The course fee is $250 and bulk of the proceeds go to fund Art of Living'st various humanitarian projects and a small part goes to the club for course-related expenses. This is only the second time this workshop is being held at CMU and we are very eager to help out students who are sincere about participating in this wonderful life-enhancing course but have financial constraints. We are a very new club at the university and have limited funds which makes it difficult for us to help the potential participants. But we are determined to help them and we trust in your goodwill and magnanimity to help us out in this beautiful cause :) You can also write to us at behappycmu@gmail.com
