Phoebe is our only girl among 6 brothers, and she is very special! Phoebe has Kleefstra Syndrome, which is a rare, genetic disorder that causes delays in development. Phoebe doesn't talk like everyone else, or walk like everyone else, or do most other things like everyone else. However, that doesn't stop her from experiencing life to the fullest.
Phoebe is full of life, and she is full of joy! (which is also her middle name) We want to help raise money for Kleefstra Syndrome, so that maybe a cure or treatment could become available. Phoebe's greatest challenge is speech. Phoebe knows a lot of American Sign Language, but we can tell that she has so much more to say. We wait patiently (sometimes not patiently) every day for her to talk, but the progress is slow. Our hope is that Phoebe will eventually talk, so that she can tell us what's inside! Phoebe is a neat, little girl and a joy to our lives. If you can help out in any way, we'd appreciate your support! God Bless! Soli Deo Gloria!
