Every year I make sure to be charitable - to thank God for the GREAT friends I have, those I can depend on no matter what.  I am blessed.                                                    I give back for my family, because I am remarkably lucky to be a part of such a loyal, loving and non-judgemental family unit.                                                                             This year I am collecting for the Ronald Mc Donald House in New York City.  Every month I am collecting food, new clothes, soda can pop tabs, toys, coloring books, toiletries, and especially money to help families in desperate need.  Their children are suffering with some life threatening form of cancer.  I've seen some of the children, as well as the miracles that take place there.  I've met several of the miracle workers and witnessed how dedicated they are to making life better - sometimes hour by hour.         I've had my scare with being sick and the support around me was what got me through.
