BENEFITING: YWCA Evanston/North Shore
ORGANIZER: YWCA Evanston/North Shore
I want a to end intimate partner violence because I love my daughter. I want her to know safety inside her intimate relationships. I want her to feel at ease in the world, to pursue her dreams, to contribute to the world in a way that lights her up. All of these dreams for her could be derailed by intimate partner violence and a society that continues to allow people to be abused by those they look to for friendship, love, and kindness.
I am privileged to work on behalf of the YWCA Evanston/North Shore to help end domestic violence in our community. October is domestic violence awareness month. Please step forward and help me raise $500 to make the world safer for my daughter and our daughters and sons, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, aunts, friends, and colleagues.
