BENEFITING: WESTRASH CHARITIES
EVENT DATE: Oct 12, 2014
In 2010, my older brother Owen was diagnosed with bone cancer. I spent the next two years visiting him in the hospital while he had chemo and surgery. Owen died in April 2012. He was only 16 years old and I had just turned 9.
I miss him every day. I miss him playing games with me, wrestling with me, and just being an annoying big brother. He was my hero and helped me with my homework played with me and when I play video games I i always think hes right beside me playing with me. He was the most funny and annoying brother i could ever ask for. I try to think hes always here and never left I look at my livestrong bracelet that he gave me every day in my room.
I am trying to raise money for pediatric cancer so other kids like me dont loose their brothers or sisters.
